Ratigan Gallery Up!

Ratigan from the Disney animated film, The Great Mouse Detective was my cosplay for D23 2019. A more abstract costume, wandering around the D23 show floor with VashFanatic’s Basil was a blast.

I recycled the cape from my Captain Harlock costume.
